Advanced Periorbital Formulation

Richesse Eyes utilizes a unique, low-viscosity cross-linked structure that flows smoothly and integrates flawlessly into the extremely thin skin under the eyes, minimizing the risk of the Tyndall effect or uneven lumps.

Core Technical Features

  • 01 24 mg/mL Cross-Linked Hyaluronic Acid (Low Viscosity)
  • 02 0.3% Lidocaine for highly sensitive area comfort
  • 03 Ultra-low BDDE residue for maximum safety profile
  • 04 Monophasic fluid gel structure to prevent the Tyndall effect

Clinical Protocols

Richesse Eyes is designed strictly for superficial to mid-dermal application in the periorbital region. Extreme caution, precise depth control, and conservative injection volumes are mandatory.

Preparation & Mapping

Thoroughly cleanse and disinfect the periorbital area, carefully avoiding contact with the eyes.
While the product contains lidocaine, an additional topical anesthetic is highly recommended due to the sensitivity of the under-eye skin.
Carefully assess the tear trough deformity and under-eye hollows in an upright position. Mark the planned injection sites to target volume loss without over-correcting.

Injection Methodology

Using a fine 30G needle or a blunt-tipped micro-cannula (preferred for safety), inject the HA gel deep into the pre-periosteal plane or superficial sub-orbicularis oculi fat (SOOF).
Employ extremely small micro-droplet or very fine linear threading techniques. Inject slowly and conservatively.
After injection, perform a very gentle massage over the treated area to smooth the highly fluid filler and ensure it integrates flawlessly.
Apply a sterile ice pack immediately post-treatment to significantly reduce the risk of swelling or bruising, which are common in this vascular area.

Frequently Asked Questions

Richesse Eyes is specifically formulated with a very low viscosity and smooth gel structure. This allows it to spread evenly under the extremely thin skin of the eyes, preventing the lumpy appearance or bluish tint (Tyndall effect) that thicker fillers can cause in this area.

Results from Richesse Eyes typically last between 6 to 9 months. Because the under-eye area has relatively low movement compared to the mouth or cheeks, the filler often degrades slightly slower here than in other facial regions.

No. Richesse Eyes contains 0.3% Lidocaine, a local anesthetic that numbs the area during the injection process. When combined with a topical numbing cream, patients typically experience minimal discomfort.

The periorbital area is highly vascular, so mild swelling or bruising is common and can last a few days. However, using a cannula for injection and applying ice immediately afterward significantly reduces these risks.
