Mix the 100mg PDO vial with 4cc to 5cc of sterile water for injection (or Lidocaine depending on patient comfort protocol).

Gently swirl the vial to create a smooth, homogenous suspension prior to drawing into the syringe.

Injection Methodology

Cleanse the treatment area and apply topical anesthetic if required.

Using a 27G to 30G cannula, perform injections into the subdermal or deep dermal plane depending on the target area.

Utilize a fanning or retrograde linear threading technique to ensure even distribution of the PDO microspheres.
